ASTRONOMY FOR BEGINNERS – 5 of 6

This 6-class course by Ken Graun is for astronomy enthusiasts who want to get acquainted with the night sky. Participants will learn how to identify the constellations and gain hands-on experience with telescopes.
Class 5 • 2 hours Objective: Observing the Sun, Moon and planets Lecture: The Sun, Moon and planets—basic facts and observing techniques. Outdoor Activity: Telescope observing of the night sky.
