The SouthEastern Arizona Governments Organization (SEAGO) is a non-profit regional planning agency whose core function is to assist local governments in seeking cooperative solutions to area wide problems. The Area Agencies on Aging were established through the Older Americans Act amendments of 1973 in order to provide a local structure for addressing the needs and concerns of older persons.

Family Health Care Amigos is committed to serving Southeastern Santa Cruz County by providing health-related education and training. Their focus includes service and support for elders and others in need of health care assistance. They sponsor The Lending Shed, which provides durable medical equipment and adult incontinent supplies free of charge to clients in Patagonia, Nogales, Rio Rico, Sonoita, Elgin, Tubac, Tumacacori and Huachuca City.
